Build me a desktop app for organizing a big ZX Spectrum game collection.

I want it to scan one or more folders full of zipped and unpacked files, sort out the games, rename them into clean TOSEC style names, and copy them into an output folder with a folder structure I can choose. It should be smart about duplicates, alternate dumps, re releases, and different file formats like TZX, TAP, Z80, DSK. I also want filters for languages, publishers, genres, number of players, and options to include or exclude cracked, hacked, modified, or fixed files.

It should also handle cheat files, so if a game has a matching .POK file, copy it into a POKES folder or next to the game file. A simple GUI would be great, with input folders, output path, format preference order, and a way to build custom naming patterns.
