Build me a local read only MCP server for Genesys Cloud that I can use with Claude Code.

I want to ask plain English questions about contact centre ops and analytics, and have it pull the right data for me from my Genesys tenant. Things like queue performance, agent reviews, conversation deep dives, repeat caller and repeat contact analysis, presence and break usage, utilization and adherence, WFM schedule checks, and monthly reporting. It should stay read only and work over stdio so I can connect it to any MCP compatible client.

Please make it feel reliable and practical, with clear tool outputs, sensible error messages, and support for things like cached recent results and handling data that is still settling. If any current Genesys or MCP docs help, look them up online. I also want a simple way to configure tenant access locally with environment variables and start it from the command line.
