Build me a Windows desktop app called WormGPT, an uncensored chat client that talks to the Groq API. I want it to feel like a clean desktop chatbot, with a sidebar where I can create and switch between multiple conversations, and every chat should stay saved locally so I can close the app and come back later.

Please include a simple settings area where I can add my Groq API key, test that it works, save it locally, and revoke or remove it later. Keep the app fully usable with local chat history and local key storage. If possible, package it as a Windows installer and also a portable app so it is easy to run.

Also add a basic option for troubleshooting graphics issues, so the app can launch with GPU acceleration turned off if someone gets black screens or crashes. A batch file launcher for Windows would be great if that makes setup easier. Look up current Groq docs online if you need to.
