Build me a small Windows tray app that automatically switches my sound to my wireless headset when I turn it on, then switches back to my regular speakers when the headset disconnects or loses the wireless link.

I only need support for Windows 10 and 11, and it should work with the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2023 using the USB receiver. Let me pick which headphone and speaker devices to use, and give me a simple way to pause the automatic switching when I want to. It should stay in the system tray when closed, and have a Start with Windows option so it can launch hidden on login.
