Build me a small desktop app that lets a web app print to a thermal printer through a local HTTP server.

I want it to open with a simple settings screen where I can start and stop the server, see all printers installed on the computer, pick one printer, set the paper width, and save those settings so they stick after restarting. The app should run on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

It also needs a local API on port 8888 with a print endpoint I can call from my web app. That endpoint should accept plain text, a list of lines, a base64 image, or an image URL, then send the job to the selected system printer using the OS print system. Add endpoints to list printers and read the current settings too.

Please make the UI simple and clean, and include a tiny example client so I can test printing right away. If you need current docs for anything, look them up online.
