Build me a macOS app and command line tool that lets me create and run a virtual iPhone on an Apple Silicon Mac.

I want a simple setup flow that checks my Mac, helps me install whatever host permissions are needed, downloads the core VM bundle, and then lets me create a new virtual iPhone from a compatible firmware pairing. After that I should be able to launch, stop, inspect, export, and import virtual phones from the terminal, and also manage them in a friendly app window.

Inside the running VM, I want a way to install a bootstrap package, browse apps and files, use clipboard tools, take screenshots, record the screen, and access basic diagnostics. If possible, include a local API for automation that requires a token each time. Make it work on current macOS and Apple Silicon, and look up current docs online if you need to.
