Build me an open source web app where I can collaborate with an AI while writing documents and code.

I want a clean chat style workspace with an editor area for text or code, where I can start from a blank page or paste in existing content and keep iterating on it. The AI should be able to make edits, suggest rewrites, generate code, and switch between markdown and code views. Please include saved quick actions for common tasks, plus a way for me to create my own custom quick actions that stick around for my account.

It should also remember useful things about me and my writing style across sessions, so the assistant feels more personalized over time. I’d like version history for every document so I can go back to older drafts. Add sign in, a polished modern UI, and support for live markdown rendering while editing.
