Build me a Python command line OSINT tool for security reconnaissance on a domain. I want to enter a target domain and have it collect useful public information like emails, names, IP addresses, subdomains, URLs, and related hosts from lots of public sources.

It should be simple to run from the terminal, with clear help text, sensible defaults, and options to choose which data sources to use. Some sources need API keys, so include a clean way to configure those without hardcoding secrets. Also include passive lookups, DNS brute forcing, and an option to take screenshots of discovered subdomains.

Please make the results easy to read in the terminal and allow saving them to files for later reporting. Add tests, linting, and basic developer setup using modern Python. Include Docker support too so I can run it without messing up my machine. Look up current docs online if you need to.
