Build me a simple tool called /brag that I can run inside any project and it turns that project into a short shareable launch video.

I want it to figure out the best story to tell, create a punchy composition brief, write some launch copy, and then render a finished video with music and motion included. After it runs, it should leave everything in a brag output folder so I can review the plan, the copy, and the final mp4.

Make it work as a Claude Code skill, and also make it easy for other agents to discover and use. Keep the setup straightforward, with clear install steps and a good example of how to use it with different tones, like a fake startup launch.
