Build me this project so I can run RPCS3 as a native app on my jailbroken PS5.

I want a simple build and deploy flow that pulls everything it needs, compiles the emulator and the PS5 Vulkan bits, then packages it as a homebrew title I can copy over to the console. It should launch into Big Picture mode, use DualSense controllers, audio out, and Vulkan for graphics, with the game list and settings stored on the PS5 like the README describes.

Please make sure the first run setup is clear, including where to put my PS3 firmware file and game folders, and how to start a specific game straight away if I want to. If anything is missing, look up the current docs online and keep the scripts working end to end. Keep it source only and don’t add anything that would require sharing binaries or keys.
