Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a docked Windows strip that sits along the bottom of the screen like the taskbar and stays out of the way of maximized windows.

It should show live system info like CPU, memory, temperature if available, network speed, and drive usage, with small graphs that I can hide or show by clicking. On the left, I want quick action buttons for opening drives, launching a command prompt or PowerShell in my home folder, taking screenshots with a hotkey, copying text from a selected area on the screen, opening clipboard history, and pinning my own apps or files by dragging them onto the strip.

I also want a simple settings window where I can turn items on or off, choose where screenshots are saved, set an optional server copy path for screenshots, and point a custom script at a tunnel button. Make the hotkeys work anywhere in Windows, save screenshots to a folder, and keep clipboard history only in memory. Please make it feel lightweight and native on Windows 10 or newer.
