Build me a React Native swiper component that lets people swipe through a set of child screens or cards smoothly.

I want it to work like a simple carousel with optional left and right buttons, dot pagination, loop mode, autoplay, and the ability to start on a specific slide. It should support both horizontal and vertical swiping, and it should feel solid on iOS and Android. Make sure it handles common cases well, like resizing when the device rotates, showing a loading state for slides that are expensive to render, and not glitching when users swipe quickly back and forth.
