Build me a Claude Code plugin that acts like a workshop facilitation toolkit for non technical people. I want to be able to open any folder, describe a session in plain English like a 90 minute retrospective for 8 people, and have it guide me through a short brief, then generate a solid time checked agenda in markdown using proven facilitation methods.

It should also have a prep assistant that turns the agenda into a practical checklist for either in person workshops or remote ones, including room setup or a Miro and video call setup. After the workshop, I want to paste in rough notes and get back a clean debrief plus reusable lessons learned, so future workshop designs can automatically improve from past sessions.

Please save everything in a workshops folder in the user’s working directory, keep the files easy to read and edit, include an example workshop, and make it easy to add custom facilitation practices from a template without coding. Look up current Claude Code plugin docs if you need to.
