Build me a Termux based Android AI agent called Kira that runs on my phone and can talk to an OpenAI compatible API. I want it to start from the terminal, keep running in the background, remember conversations over time, and let me check its status and logs later.

It should be able to control the phone with accessibility features, like opening apps, tapping buttons, typing text, reading screen content, handling notifications, scrolling, using the clipboard, and basic device controls like volume and brightness.
