Build me a small TypeScript app that can log into Discord as a selfbot and automatically handle active Discord Quests for me.

I want it to detect quests, enroll in them, and keep progressing the supported task types like watching videos and playing on desktop, plus the other ones listed in the README if they can be done. It should print clear progress in the terminal, like when it finds quests, starts spoofing activity, and when a quest is completed. If a reward can’t be redeemed yet, just leave that out for now.

Make it easy to run locally with my token from an env file, and if possible also set it up so it can run on a schedule from GitHub Actions with an optional webhook for notifications. Keep it simple and practical, and use the current Discord and discord.js docs if you need to look things up.
