Build me a Python toolkit for ambient noise and receiver function analysis, similar to the NoisePy project.

I want it to handle the full workflow for seismic data, from reading station and event files, to cross correlation, phase and amplitude measurements, receiver function demos, and basic tomography or map style plotting for results. It should also include a few ready to run scripts for Alaska style example data, plus simple demo scripts so I can see the outputs quickly without having to understand everything first.

Please make it practical and runnable, with clear defaults, sample inputs, and plots or saved output files where useful. If you need to check current docs for any seismic or plotting libraries, feel free to look them up online. I mainly want something that feels like a working research code base, not a polished consumer app.
