I want to build a self-hosted, private alternative to Google Notebook LM. It should be a web app where I can create different notebooks for my research and notes.

The main idea is to let me upload all kinds of sources—PDFs, audio files, videos, and web pages—and then chat with them. The AI should use the content of a notebook as its context for answering questions. I need total flexibility on the AI model. Let's make it so I can plug in API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, or others, but also give me the option to connect to local models I run with Ollama to keep things private and free.

Finally, please include that neat feature for generating podcasts from my research, with support for multiple different speakers. Make the whole thing easy to run locally using Docker.
