Build me a self hosted torrent streaming app that lets me search for a release, start watching it right away in the browser before the download finishes, and handle video that needs conversion so it plays smoothly. I want a clean web interface with a library, downloads queue, continue watching, subtitles, and a simple music player too.

It should run as one Go backend with the UI built in, and be easy to run in Docker. Please make it support login, admin settings, and basic media features like posters, metadata, and resume playback. If a file needs it, stream it with HLS for Safari and use hardware accelerated transcoding when available, with a fallback that still works.
