Build me the ArnoldC project so I can write tiny programs using Arnold Schwarzenegger one liners instead of normal code.

I want a simple command line tool that takes a .arnoldc file, translates it into something runnable, and lets me run it right away. It should handle a basic hello world example, printing text, simple variables, math, if statements, loops, and small methods, using the funny Arnold style keywords from the README. If there is an option to make the output audible too, include that as well.

Please make it easy to try with a sample program, and if you need to check anything about the language behavior, look up the current docs online.
