Build me a web based network monitoring tool like LibreNMS for keeping an eye on my devices and servers.

I want it to auto discover network gear, poll devices over SNMP, show me which hosts are up or down, and give me charts for things like traffic, CPU, memory, and alerts when something looks wrong. It should have a simple admin dashboard, device pages, status summaries, and a way to add or remove devices and services. If it makes sense, include support for logs and notifications too.

Make it feel like a real production app, with a clean interface and sensible defaults so I can install it and start monitoring quickly. Use the project structure that’s already here, and if you need current docs for anything, look them up online.
