Build me a self hosted travel planner web app where I can create trips, add places to each day, and drag things around on a map and in a day by day itinerary.

I want it to feel like a modern Tripit or Wanderlog replacement, but for my own server, with real time collaboration so a group can edit the same trip at once, leave notes, chat, and vote on plans. It should handle budgets and splitting expenses, packing lists, reservations, and a simple travel journal with photos and notes. I’d also like place search, imported maps or trip data if possible, and a nice interactive map view for seeing everything together.

Make it work well on mobile too, like an installable app from the browser, with offline support if you can. If login support is needed, include single sign on and basic account security. Look up current docs online if you need to, but keep it simple and polished for normal people to use.
