Build me a Claude Code skill pack for planning and writing academic papers, especially philosophy and interdisciplinary papers.
I want two parts, one for strategy and one for writing. The strategy part should help me pick a target venue, study a few sample papers to learn the style, find a real research gap with citations, and turn my idea into a strong outline that gets checked before moving on. The writing part should take that outline and help draft the paper section by section, with quality checks at each step and a final review before submission.
Please include some simple example papers, clear guidance files, and Python checks that can score an outline or manuscript for things like argument quality, literature coverage, clarity, and originality. Make it easy to install into Claude Code and use for preprint submissions like PhilArchive or arXiv. If you need to look up current docs or best practices online, go ahead.
