Build me a self hosted personal dashboard for my homelab, like a clean homepage where I can see and open all my apps and links in one place.

I want to be able to organize links into sections and multiple pages, search them quickly by name or tag, and show whether each service is online. Please include customizable themes, icons from favicons or common icon sets, a simple way to edit the dashboard in the browser, and a config file I can back up or move later.

It should support useful widgets for self hosted services, optional login with multiple users, and a minimal start page view for fast loading. Make it responsive so it works nicely on desktop and phone, with basic offline PWA support if practical.

Please make it easy to run with Docker, include sensible sample config data, and add clear setup instructions. Look up current docs online if you need to.
