Build me a simple GitHub style project that is basically an awesome list of learning roadmaps for developers. I want one strong README as the main product, with roadmaps grouped into clear sections like programming languages, web, mobile, infrastructure and operations, AI and data, security, miscellaneous, and articles.

Each entry should have the roadmap name, a short plain English description, and small badges for things like the latest year shown by the source and what kind of resource it is, like GitHub repo or PDF. Make it feel clean, curated, and easy to scan.

Also add a short intro explaining that this is a curated list to help people find clear learning paths, plus a contents section and a friendly note saying contributions are welcome. Include a basic contributing guide for adding new links through pull requests or issues.
