Build me a Windows app that lets me set animated wallpapers and screensavers on my desktop.

I want to be able to drag and drop in video files, GIFs, web pages, or even small apps and games, then use them as my wallpaper. It should also support using any wallpaper as a screensaver, work across multiple monitors, and pause automatically when a fullscreen game is running, when I’m on battery, or when I’m in a remote desktop session.

Make it feel modern and clean, like a Windows 11 app, and keep it fast and lightweight. It would be great if there were controls for basic automation too, like command line support so other tools or scripts can switch wallpapers. If it helps, look up any current Windows or WinUI 3 docs online while building it.

I’d also like a simple way to browse wallpapers, preview them, and manage settings without it feeling complicated.
