livewire/livewire ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Laravel package that lets people make dynamic page components using mostly PHP instead of writing lots of JavaScript.

I want it to feel like a simple full stack framework for interactive UIs, where a component can render HTML, react to user input, and update parts of the page without a full refresh. Please make the developer experience clean, with good docs, tests, and a basic setup that works well in a normal Laravel app.

Keep the focus on the core Livewire style workflow, server driven components, browser interaction, and the JavaScript needed to make updates happen smoothly. If you need to check current Laravel or browser testing details, look them up online.

Please include the pieces needed for local development and make sure the project can be built and tested from the command line. I’d also like the codebase organized in a way that makes it easy to add more features later, since this should be a real reusable framework rather than a throwaway demo.
