Build me a lightweight web character player that lets me drop a character into a page, a stream overlay, or a simple app and have it breathe, blink, turn its head, and talk.

I want it to support lip sync from microphone audio, uploaded audio, or video, plus webcam face tracking in the browser. It should be able to load three kinds of characters with the same basic API, LivLiv models, VRM avatars, and simple PNGTuber style characters. Make it easy to set expressions, trigger actions like nodding, and adjust things like mouth movement.

Please include a few ready to use example characters, a demo page, and a simple embed option that works well on a transparent background for things like OBS. If you need to look up current docs online while building it, go ahead.
