Build me a simple agent index site for Lobe Chat that shows a browsable list of available agents from a JSON file in this repo.

I want people to be able to see each agent’s name, short description, tags, author, and link to open it in Lobe Chat, and I want a clean page that feels like a marketplace or directory. Please also include a clear way for someone to submit a new agent using the provided template, with a short explanation of how to fill it out and where to put it. If it helps, make the page easy to update from the source JSON so new agents appear without a lot of manual work.
