I want you to turn this repo into a polished forum frontend for a Minecraft server community. It should feel modern and clean, similar to the screenshots and the Cobra style, with a homepage, forum category pages, thread and post views, user profiles, a staff page, and user settings. Make it responsive so it looks good on desktop and mobile, and keep it easy for me to customize branding, colors, and text later.

This frontend needs to work with a separate backend API, so please wire it up in a practical way using environment variables and clear fallback states when the API is missing or returns no data. If something depends on Phoenix or Catalyst style endpoints, make that easy to adapt. Include sensible loading, empty, and error states so the site still feels complete.
