Build me a polished desktop note taking app like Lokus. I want it to feel fast, private, and simple, with notes saved as normal markdown files on my own computer so I can open an existing folder of notes and keep working offline with no account or tracking.

It should have a nice rich editor with live markdown preview, wiki links with autocomplete, task lists, tables, code highlighting, math support, smart paste from websites, tags, folders, daily notes, templates, and strong search. I also want visual ways to organize ideas, like a graph view for linked notes, an infinite canvas, and simple Notion style database views.

Make it keyboard friendly with slash commands, theme customization, and a clean modern interface. It should run as a desktop app for Mac, Windows, and Linux. Include tests and make sure it can be built from source. Look up current docs online if you need to.
