louislam/uptime-kuma ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a self-hosted uptime monitoring tool. I want a clean, modern dashboard where I can add all of my websites and servers to see if they're up or down. It should be able to monitor things like HTTP endpoints, TCP ports, and even check for specific keywords on a page. I also want to monitor my Docker containers.

The most important feature is notifications. If any of my services go down, it needs to send me an alert immediately. It should support a wide range of services like Telegram, Discord, Slack, and email so I can choose how I want to be notified.

I'd also like to be able to create one or more public-facing status pages that I can share with users. It should be easy to set up and run on my own server, so please set it up to be deployed with Docker Compose.
