louiszn/offline-mode-fix ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a lightweight Fabric mod for Minecraft that makes offline mode servers feel much smoother on the client.

I want it to reduce chat lag and stop the annoying warnings and secure chat indicators that pop up when joining offline mode or otherwise unverified servers. It should also bring back player heads in the player list, and make offline skin textures work better even when the signature format is weird or malformed.

Please make it client side only, easy to drop into the mods folder, and safe to keep installed even when joining normal online servers, as much as possible. If some fixes need to stay active all the time, that’s fine, but don’t break regular gameplay.

It should support multiple Minecraft versions if that’s realistic, and use the current best Fabric setup. If you need to check the latest docs for anything, go ahead and look them up online.
