Build me a Docker Compose setup for a Matrix homeserver using Synapse, with the extra services needed for a real self hosted setup.

I want it to include Synapse, LiveKit for Element Call, Sygnal for push notifications, and email support that works with an external SMTP server. Caddy should be included as the reverse proxy setup, but keep it meant to be configured separately since I’ll handle the actual domain and TLS details myself.

Please make it easy to run and configure, with sensible defaults and clear places to plug in my own server names, secrets, and mail settings. I’d like the compose file and any needed config to be organized so I can get the whole stack up without having to piece everything together by hand.
