lsdefine/GenericAgent ? reverse-engineered prompt

Hey, I want to create an autonomous AI agent that can help me with tasks on my computer. I need it to be able to control my browser, use my mouse and keyboard, see my screen, and run commands in the terminal. For example, it should be able to do things like order me a coffee from a delivery app, monitor stock prices, or even automate sending messages.

The most important feature is that it should be "self-evolving." When it completes a task for the first time, I want it to automatically save that workflow as a new "skill." The idea is that it will build a personal skill tree over time based on my requests, getting smarter and more efficient.

Please build this for me in Python. It should be lightweight and not consume a ton of resources. I'll need a simple web interface to interact with it, maybe using Streamlit, and a straightforward way for me to add my API key for an LLM like Claude or Gemini.
