ltless/prism ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a local first personal photo and video library where everything stays on my own machine, with no cloud sync. I want to be able to upload photos and videos, browse them in folders, search and filter them, see duplicates, and move things to trash and restore them later. Add a simple editor for cropping and basic color and adjustment changes, and make it feel fast in the browser.

Please include login and user accounts, storage limits, and a private locked vault that uses a PIN and locks out after too many wrong tries. I also want files encrypted at rest on disk, with the app able to read them back safely when needed. Make sure uploads are checked properly, EXIF data is cleaned up, and video support works too if ffmpeg is available. If you need current docs or best practices for anything, look them up online as you go.
