Build me a clean MLB betting dashboard that shows the best player hits 1 plus props for today’s slate based on career batter vs pitcher history. I want it to rank the top matchups by batting average against the opposing pitcher, but only when the sample size is decent, and it should surface the best two leg options too, with a special highlight when a really strong pair stands out. It should show upcoming games, games in progress, and settled results, and keep updating automatically during the day without me having to refresh.

The app should let me move between today and tomorrow, filter by minimum at bats, batting average, and optional OPS, and export the results to CSV. Use the viewer’s local time for game times, but keep the slate based on Pacific day. If lineups are not official yet, estimate likely starters from recent lineup history and make it clear when something is confirmed versus estimated. Look up current docs online if you need to.
