Build me a personal AI agent I can run on my own server, not tied to my laptop.

I want a terminal app with a clean chat experience, slash commands, conversation history, streaming tool output, and the ability to interrupt a task and redirect it. It should let me switch between AI providers easily, keep memory across sessions, and support scheduled jobs like daily reports or backups. I also want a gateway so I can talk to it from Telegram and maybe a few other messaging apps while it keeps working in the cloud.
