Build me a small open source toolkit called Website Stack that lets someone open Claude Code in an empty folder, paste one master prompt, answer a few simple questions about their business, domain, and light or dark style, then get a polished production website built and launched.

I want it to feel like an orchestration layer, not a website template. It should install and connect existing Claude Code skills for design direction, frontend build, taste and polish, motion, accessibility review, and deployment. Include a tiny motion skill of our own for smooth scroll reveals, hover interactions, page transitions, and reduced motion support.

Please add a simple installer script, a clear README, a master prompt file that runs the full flow, and proper credits for every outside skill or tool. Don’t repackage other people’s work. Just point to it, install what’s needed, and explain the licenses clearly. Make it friendly, practical, and ready for someone nontechnical to use.
