Build me a local Proxy Manager for a Bright Data account. I want to run it on my computer or server, start it from the command line, then open a simple browser admin page to enter my Bright Data credentials and set up proxy ports.

The app should act as a forward proxy for HTTP and HTTPS traffic, with a clean web interface for creating multiple proxy configurations, choosing country or location options when available, rotating IPs after a chosen number of requests, pooling connections for speed, and spreading traffic across multiple super proxies. I also want traffic statistics, request logs, error logs, and enough debugging info to see what is happening.

Please include optional SSL analyzing with a self signed certificate, SOCKS v5 proxy support, and a drop in mode where requests can include proxy username and password without signing in first. Add command line options for running normally, running in the background, choosing ports, and showing help. Use JavaScript and look up current Bright Data docs online if needed.
