Build me a macOS app that works like Windows Alt Tab, so when I press a shortcut I can quickly switch between open windows instead of just apps.

I want a clean overlay that shows my open windows, lets me move through them with the keyboard, and switch as soon as I release the keys. It should feel fast and native on Mac, and it should work well with lots of windows open at once.
