Build me a clean, mobile first web app called Tenax for managing apartment building finances in one place. It should support multiple buildings, with each building’s data kept separate. I need email and password sign in, plus role based access so tenants only see their dashboard, bookkeepers can add and manage records, and a super admin can manage everything.

The main experience should be a dashboard with a simple financial overview, revenue versus expense charts, recent transactions, and monthly payment tables.
