Build me a tiny macOS menu bar app for Claude Code that lets me see Claude’s status at a glance while I am in other apps. I want the menu bar icon to animate while Claude is thinking or running a tool, show a short tool label like Editing or Reading when relevant, switch to a yellow waiting indicator when Claude needs my permission, and show how long the current turn has been running. When Claude is idle or done, it should rest on the normal icon. No main window, no dock icon, just a lightweight menu bar app.

Please make the menu let me turn the timer on or off, enable a soft completion sound for turns longer than a minute, switch between a few animation styles including the spark, terminal style, and crab, and choose Orange or System icon color. It should work with Claude Code in the terminal, the Desktop app Code tab, and Cursor, and it is fine if it only properly follows one active session at a time. Also include simple install and update behavior that wires up the needed hooks automatically. Look up current docs online if you need to.
