Build me a simple self hosted web app for managing rooms for n.eko, like a self hosted rabb.it style setup.

I want a clean interface where I can create, edit, and delete rooms, pick which browser image each room uses, and set basic options like the room name and any special settings for that room. It should work nicely with Docker, since I want to run it on my own server, and it should be easy to put behind HTTPS with a reverse proxy like Traefik or NGINX. If possible, make it friendly for people who just want to follow a quick install and get it running without a lot of manual setup.
