Build me an Android app that works like a simple no root firewall. I want to be able to see a list of installed apps and quickly allow or block each one from using Wi Fi or mobile data. It should let me switch between a mode where most apps are allowed and I only block a few, and another mode where everything is blocked unless I allow it.

Please include clear status colors, a clean Material style interface, and support for Android 5.1 and later. It should also be able to notify me when an app tries to use the internet, and show basic network usage per app if possible.
