Build me a simple AI stylist web app that helps shoppers get clothing recommendations from product details and user context.

I want a chat style interface where someone can log in by typing their customer ID, ask for outfit or product suggestions in plain English, and get responses that feel personalized. The app should also answer basic store policy and FAQ questions when asked, and it should remember the current user until they log out. Use the product and customer data to find relevant items, then generate a helpful recommendation based on what the user is asking.

Make the whole thing work as a clean Streamlit app, with the main chat UI as the front end. If you need to, look up the current docs for anything you’re unsure about, but keep the build focused and practical. I’d like it to run locally with one command, and also be easy to deploy on a VM if needed.
