Build me a simple Odoo 10 add on for a mining company to manage sale contracts.

The sales team should be able to create a contract for a customer, select the mining product or material being sold, enter the agreed quantity, price, contract dates, and any delivery or payment notes. They should be able to see all contracts in a list, open a clean form view, and track the contract with a basic status so it is clear whether it is still being prepared, active, completed, or cancelled.

Please make it install cleanly in Odoo 10 with the normal menu entries, permissions, and views needed for everyday users. Keep it practical and simple, not over engineered.
