Build me a simple, polished web dashboard for Vanuatu land cover accounts using the data in this repo. I want it to be a static site with no backend, something that runs entirely in the browser and is easy to publish on GitHub Pages.

The main goal is to help someone explore land cover statistics for 2020 through 2023. Show the key numbers clearly, include a few easy to read charts or summary views, and make it simple to switch between years and compare trends over time. Keep the design clean, responsive, and easy for nontechnical users to understand. If there are different land cover categories in the data, surface them in a way that feels obvious and useful.
