Build me a desktop app for amateur radio satellite tracking that works on Windows, Mac, and Linux.

I want one main map centered screen that shows satellite positions, ground tracks, footprints, and a polar sky view from my station. It should predict upcoming passes, show azimuth and elevation, and let me click a pass or satellite to focus it. The app also needs a frequency panel that calculates uplink and downlink with Doppler correction, supports common FM and linear transponder satellites, and lets me choose the right tone or split mode.
