Build me a playable browser FPS called Cybercity Neon Sector. I want a nighttime neon city map with roads, sidewalks, street lights, props, some destructible barrels, and good cover spots. The player should feel smooth and fun to control in first person, with mouse look, collision, sprint, crouch, jump, reload, weapon switching, and pause.

Please add six weapons, pistol, rifle, shotgun, SMG, marksman, and railgun. They should have ammo, recoil, muzzle flash, shell ejection, impact effects, hit markers, and aiming down sights, with a scope overlay for the scoped guns. Enemies should feel tactical, react to the player, use cover, flank, share awareness, and support headshots and limb damage.

I also want a clean HUD with health, armor, score, crosshair, weapon slots, ammo, reload feedback, and damage effects on screen. Please make it as a Three.js game using Vite, and keep it easy to run locally and build for production. If anything is unclear, match the vibe from the README image and demo, and look up current docs online if needed.
