Build me a monorepo for a support platform called ChatCore.

I want a Next.js app for the operator dashboard, a separate customer facing widget, and a tiny embed script that loads the widget into any website with one script tag. The dashboard should let a team log in, see live conversations, view message history, manage a knowledge base, and handle escalations. The widget should let customers ask questions by chat, and also support voice if that fits, with answers grounded in the company docs and a smooth handoff to a human when needed.

Please set it up so the data layer is shared and real time, with organizations, conversations, messages, documents, and settings. Make the styling clean with light and dark mode, and keep the dashboard and widget visually consistent with shared components. Include basic auth, team and organization support, and a place for billing or plan gating if it is easy to wire in.
